Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analysis to lead the core deposits forecasting and strategic initiatives for the consumer bank. You will oversee a team of analysts, translating data into actionable strategies that impact growth, profitability, and risk for the SaFE organization.

You will collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Product and Marketing to design models, test hypotheses, and drive go-to-market strategies while ensuring high performance and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 3+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth and profitability.
• Own and sequence delivery of business initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Coach and mentor analysts to develop talent across the organization.
• Develop and implement product, pricing, and marketing strategies for lending products.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform new customer experiences.
• Build and test credit risk models and monitor performance.
• Coordinate across lines of business to deliver against the product strategy.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations and Finance to improve quality, volume and service.
• Demonstrate strong analytical decision-making with a track record of results.
• Possess executive-level communication and influencing skills.
