Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the core deposits forecasting function within the Savings, Economics, and Forecasting (SaFE) team. You will blend advanced modeling with business strategy to drive portfolio growth and profitability.

You will manage a team of analysts, partner with Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Product and Marketing, and translate complex data into actionable guidance for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.
• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• 2+ years of experience in product development.
• 2+ years of experience in financial modeling.
• 2+ years of experience in economic forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the core deposits forecasting function for the consumer bank.
