Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Manager, Business Analysis in Wilmington, DE to lead the core deposits forecasting function within the SaFE team. You will merge modeling with business strategy, partnering with Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Product and Marketing to translate data into actionable strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 3+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for growth, profitability and competitive advantage for Capital One.
• Own strategic planning with 1-6 month horizon and potentially P&L accountability.
• Coach and mentor analysts to develop talent and achieve objectives.
• Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead product-level analytics.
• Lead marketing efforts and design customer experiences to drive go-to-market strategies.
• Model drivers of credit risk and test hypotheses to improve performance.
• Coordinate across lines of business to manage multiple projects and programs.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations and Finance to drive improvements.
