Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 3+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability and competitive success.
• Own a business segment with strategic planning and possible P&L accountability.
• Lead and coach analysts to develop insights and retain talent.
• Develop pricing strategies and lead product-level modeling/analytics.
• Drive marketing insights and customer experiences for new go-to-market strategies.
• Improve credit risk by modeling drivers of future trends and testing hypotheses.
• Coordinate delivery of the product strategy across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to boost quality and profitability.
• Demonstrate strong analytical decision making and quantitative orientation.
• Display decisive leadership with integrity and a results focus.
• Foster innovation and partner with the enterprise to deliver results.
