Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, BI, or related role.
• Experience with large datasets, reporting tools, and business systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning experience.
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools preferred.
• Experience in transportation/logistics or wholesale distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of company systems, data sources, and processes.
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Evaluate expenses, budget variances, and cost drivers.
• Support audits, reconciliations, and special investigations.
• Analyze profitability across customers, products, and markets.
• Identify pricing issues and revenue improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate supply, purchasing, fleet, and logistics performance to reduce costs.
• Develop sales and customer analytics related to growth and retention.
• Monitor accounts receivable trends and risk indicators.
• Support forecasting, financial modeling, strategic planning, and acquisition analysis.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
