Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, strategic analysis, FP&A, analytics, consulting, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into analytical questions.
• Analyze complex financial, operational, and strategic problems and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
• Identify key drivers of business performance and distinguish meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Develop and maintain financial, operational, profitability, and decision-support models.
• Source, transform, validate, and analyze data using SQL, Excel, Snowflake, dbt, Python, and other tools.
• Develop executive-ready presentations to communicate findings and implications.
