Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Analytics Manager to partner with Finance and other leaders. You will drive analytics initiatives end-to-end, translating business needs into insights, and delivering measurable impact.

This role operates at the intersection of business, analytics, engineering, and governance, focusing on modernizing analytics capabilities and supporting Finance reporting transformation with Power BI and enterprise tools.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or finance analytics
• Experience partnering with Finance teams (FP&A, Accounting, or Operations Finance)
• Strong ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions
• Experience with enterprise reporting tools (Power BI strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
• Data science background and forecasting-related analytics knowledge
• Proficiency with Python, R, and SQL

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance leadership (FP&A, Accounting, Operations Finance) to drive analytics strategy and delivery
• Lead discovery, prioritization, and execution of analytics initiatives aligned to business outcomes
• Translate business requirements into structured problem statements, success metrics, and delivery plans
• Own analytics use cases from intake through delivery and adoption
• Define and govern analytics delivery frameworks and ensure ROI tracking
• Support Finance reporting transformation initiatives and modernize reporting tooling
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Mentor analysts and promote a culture of proactive analytics
