Job summary

Second Sight Solutions, a BRG subsidiary, seeks a Manager of Strategic Analytics to identify and lead internal data analysis initiatives. You will report to the VP of Strategy & Policy and the Chief Strategy Officer, guiding strategic decisions with quantitative evidence.

The role focuses on evaluating opportunities, mentoring junior analysts, and delivering dashboards and data-quality metrics across platforms to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field (economics, mathematics, data science, etc.).
• At least seven years of experience in business analytics.
• Experience with healthcare/pharmaceutical datasets is strongly preferred.
• Ability to clearly communicate analytical results to a non-technical audience.
• Experience distilling data trends using dashboards and PowerPoint slides.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or R, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Experience managing people.

Responsibilities

• Assess opportunities tied to new or expanded lines of business.
• Report to leadership on strategic insights from data.
• Train and manage junior data analysts.
• Build and/or consult on internal dashboards for company platforms.
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics across platforms.
• Lead efforts to improve data quality across platforms.
