Mars Snacking North America is seeking a Strategy & Business Analytics Manager to translate market dynamics into executive narratives and drive strategic choices. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and deployment, partnering across the organization to ensure initiatives are deployed and linked to outcomes.

You will build robust cross-functional partnerships, tie strategic moves to financial results, and help align North American initiatives with broader enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or analytics.
• Experience in CPG/food & beverage/retail preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L literacy with syndicated data.
• Ability to tell data-driven stories and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Architect compelling executive narratives and presentations that distill data into strategic choices.
• Lead market and competitive intelligence to anticipate shifts and guide North American strategy.
• Structure strategy workstreams grounded in long-term financial models, ROI, and resource prioritization.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and cross-functional planning to adapt strategies to market changes.
