Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Chicago seeks an FP&A Manager to lead regional planning, performance tracking, and reporting for Mars Food & Nutrition North America.

You will work with demand partners to ensure accurate financials, enhance digital reporting capabilities, and partner with the broader finance team on ad hoc analyses and cash forecasting. The role offers a competitive salary and bonus and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3–5+ years of progressive financial experience.
• CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support long-term IVCP and annual execution plan translation with regional finance partners.
• Contribute to S&OP+ processes and P&L reporting for various forums.
• Oversee overheads target management and collaborate with functions to hit long-term goals.
• Provide insight and variance analysis during period-end, quarter, and year-end closes.
• Advance digital reporting tools and forecasting capabilities with regional input.
• Support the broader finance team with ad hoc analyses and projects.
