AbbVie is building an industry-leading data ecosystem to drive insights and efficiency in clinical development operations. The Director of Strategy, Analytics and Business Insights will partner with CDO and senior leaders to identify trends, deliver actionable insights, and guide data-driven decision making across R&D.

The role requires strong analytics, strategic thinking and the ability to influence diverse teams while leading critical cross-functional initiatives and serving as a key

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics or related field; experience in clinical setting.
10 years pharma experience with clinical trials knowledge; advanced degrees preferred (PhD/MBA/MStat).
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to identify trends and drive action steps.
Communicate insights and objective analyses to leadership across R&D.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to transform operations into a data-centric organization.
Develop reporting and monitoring of Clinical Study KPIs and leading indicators.
