You will lead high-priority analytics initiatives, advise senior leadership, and champion analytics excellence across AbbVie's international organization, collaborating with BI, data strategy, IT, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive analytics experience, including pharma industry
• Experience leading global analytics programs with cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate complex datasets into strategic insights

Responsibilities

• Define strategic analytics direction for international brands.
• Partner with BI, Brand Leadership, Data Strategy, IT to scale analytics capabilities.
• Lead collaborations with external data partners and vendors to access best data assets.
• Communicate analytics findings to executive leadership to influence strategy.
