Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, International Business Analytics to define the analytics agenda globally and embed data-driven decision-making across the international organization. You will drive high-priority analytics initiatives, advise brand and commercial leadership, and champion analytics excellence.

You will shape analytics strategy, collaborate across functions, and lead partnerships with external data vendors to access best-in-class data assets and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Deep passion for data, analytics, and enterprise-scale transformation.
• 12+ years of progressive analytics experience; 7+ years in pharma.
• Ability to synthesize sales, promotional, real-world, and patient-level data into strategic insights.
• Familiarity with IQVIA, Veeva, ZS and similar data partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic analytics direction to shape international brand strategy.
• Lead the design and evolution of the analytics function, establish standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with BI, Brand Leadership, Data Strategy, and IT to deploy analytics capabilities.
