Qualifications

• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, or Retail is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L literacy with deep analytical expertise using syndicated market data and broader analytics.
• Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with frameworks to distill analyses into clear business choices; comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Strategic storytelling: Architect executive narratives and presentations distilling data into actionable strategic choices.
• Market & competitive intelligence: Curate market insights, consumer trends, macro trends, internal performance, and competitive intelligence.
• Analytical rigor & financial linkage: Structure workstreams grounded in long-term financial models, ROI assessments, and resource prioritization.
• Cross-functional orchestration: Lead workshops and planning routines with business unit leaders to adapt strategies.
