Mars seeks a Finance Manager, Innovation & Growth to partner with the SVP, R&D NA and leadership to drive financial performance and informed decision making. You’ll support make vs buy analyses, interpret data, and deliver insights to project teams.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, 6+ years in Finance, and 3+ years in business partnership finance, with a CS/CPG advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• 6+ years in Finance or Accounting with 3+ years in business partnership finance.
• CPG experience is a plus; strong learning agility is critical.
• Strong FP&A, financial operations understanding.
• Analytical, communicative, and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Planning: Develop and monitor long-term innovation strategies aligned with supply chain needs.
• Business Partnering: Provide insights to optimize projects; coordinate with brand finance and R&D teams.
• Analysis: Identify trends, variances and opportunities; ensure data integrity across systems.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Manage budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning for projects.
• Performance Monitoring: Lead executive financial reporting and support operational decisions.
