Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Director of Business Insights to deliver strategic, data-driven insights for Walmart and Sam’s Club. The role requires expertise in retail data, strong client relationships, and leadership to coach team members.

The position is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote, offering opportunities to influence client strategies and drive sales performance across multiple categories.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong in data-driven insights and creating impactful client presentations.
• Experience with NIQ Discover/Circana data ecosystems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business managers and clients to develop strategic plans.
• Develop and present data-driven sales presentations to increase Walmart/Sam’s Club sales in partnership with Acosta Group.
• Serve as SME in all available data to support strategic discussions (POS, loyalty, syndicated/internal data).
• Manage and develop insights and reporting for multiple clients across categories.
• Mentor and train one analyst on the Business Insights team.
