Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Director of Business Insights to deliver strategic, data-driven insights supporting Walmart and Sam’s Club objectives. This hybrid role combines leadership, analytics, and storytelling to influence merchandising decisions.

You will coach the team, build client relationships, stay ahead of market trends, and develop standardized analyses and templates to accelerate sales opportunities across assigned customers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with NIQ Discover/Circana Unify and NIQ Spectra/Circana ShopperSights.
• Curious about drivers of business performance and able to influence merchants.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business managers and clients to develop strategic plans.
• Develop and present strategic, data-driven sales presentations to increase sales.
• Serve as subject matter expert in data sources to support strategic discussions.
• Mentor and train one analyst on the Business Insights team.
• Stay current on client, customer, and consumer trends.
• Manage multiple projects and communicate insights effectively.
