Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Director of Business Insights to deliver strategic, data-driven insights for Walmart and Sam’s Club sales objectives. The role requires advanced analytics, client relationship building, and mentoring a team within a hybrid office setup.

The position focuses on leveraging syndicated and internal data, coaching analysts, and presenting insights that drive results, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple business applications (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Curious about drivers of business performance and able to influence actions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business managers and clients for strategic plans across assigned customers.
• Develop and present strategic, data-driven sales presentations with Acosta Group and Client teams.
• Serve as SME for data sources (syndicated third party POS, Panel data, loyalty data, internal data) to support strategic discussions.
• Manage insights and reporting for multiple clients across categories.
• Develop and share best practices; standardize analyses across sales teams.
