Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a strategic, client-facing Director to join our ZX Data Science & Analytics team. The Director will serve as a trusted analytics partner to clients and internal teams, bringing together marketing measurement, advanced analytics, media strategy, and data storytelling to make insights actionable.

This role will scale analytics best practices across clients and categories, strengthen partnerships with Sales and cross-functional teams, and contribute to the evolution of ZX

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related fields.
• 3+ years in analytics leadership roles, ideally with team management experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience in analytics, marketing measurement, data science, media analytics, or a related discipline, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and client impact.
• Experience in Retail, Financial Services, Telecom, or Travel verticals is a plus.
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with storytelling by translating complex analytics and media performance into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Shape client strategy by developing analytics approaches aligned with client objectives and informing acquisition, retention, and optimization strategies.
• Drive measurement excellence with best-in-class methodologies and explain implications to clients and teams.
• Scale best practices by identifying learnings and translating them into repeatable frameworks and recommendations.
• Team leadership: coach and develop analysts, manage workload, provide feedback, and support career growth.
• Lead strategic initiatives as analytics lead and SME for selected projects, aligning stakeholders and guiding implementation.
