Job summary
Signal Theory seeks a seasoned Data Insights & Analytics Director to advance our analytics capability across client and internal teams. You will lead predictive modeling, measurement frameworks, and data governance while growing the analytics team and partnering with strategy and media to drive data-driven campaigns.
You will translate complex analytics into compelling recommendations, own data layers and dashboards, and mentor staff to scale capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10 to 13 years in marketing or sales analytics with leadership experience.
- Proven ability to sell data insights to executives and clients.
- Experience building predictive models and dashboards for decision making.
- Deep knowledge of analytics tools and data sources used in media.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing dashboards, forecasts, and ROI insights.
- Build and mentor analytics team; set strategic roadmap.
- Govern dashboards and data provenance across platforms.
- Translate modeling outputs into actionable client recommendations.
- Partner with strategy, media, and tech teams to embed analytics in campaigns.
- Develop predictive scenario models using industry intelligence and seasonality.
