Job summary

AECOM Advisory is seeking a Senior Consultant to define, lead and manage multiple tasks within a workstream for an engagement, applying frameworks to deconstruct client problems and leveraging AI tools for baseline assessments.

You will conduct stakeholder interviews with C-suite clients, build financial models (DCF, NPV, IRR) and create executive-ready decks to convey insights, with a focus on delivering value across infrastructure, environment, and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably STEM) with at least 3 years of management consulting experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to build financial models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead and manage multiple tasks within a workstream for a large engagement.
• Develop solution frameworks and conduct baseline assessments.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews with C-suite and senior management.
• Build and analyze financial models (DCF, NPV, IRR, EBITDA) for client programs.
