Job summary

AECOM Advisory seeks a dynamic Senior Consultant to support our global Advisory business. You will define, lead and manage multiple tasks within a workstream for client engagements, applying solution frameworks, AI tools, stakeholder interviews, and financial modelling to support infrastructure and policy projects.

You will also contribute to business development through architecture, white papers, pitch decks, and client context research, while mentoring junior team members and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) with 3+ years in management consulting or related roles.
• Experience applying frameworks, modelling and client problem solving.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead and manage multiple tasks within a workstream for engagements.
• Apply solution frameworks, AI tools, and market/financial analyses.
• Conduct client interviews, build financial models (DCF, NPV, IRR, EBITDA).
• Create executive-ready decks and synthesize insights across formats.
