AECOM Advisory is seeking a dynamic Consultant to support our growing global Advisory business line. We are recruiting for this role in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Chicago.

You will define, lead and manage tasks, build financial models (DCF, NPV, IRR), perform analyses with ArcGIS, Python and Tableau, and produce executive‑level decks. The role also involves business development and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of management consulting or related experience.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead and manage multiple tasks within a workstream as part of a larger engagement.
• Build and analyze client problems using framework-based approaches.
• Develop DCF models to calculate revenue, cost-benefit analyses (CBA), NPV, IRR, CAGR.
• Create executive-ready decks and synthesize insights across formats.
