Carnival Corporation seeks a seasoned Head of Compensation to manage and continuously improve compensation programs, policies, and processes in support of talent strategy in South Florida. Lead a team of compensation professionals, oversee job evaluations, market pricing, and analytics to drive market competitiveness and internal equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary administration, and program design.
• Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual and cyclical compensation programs (salary, bonus, equity).
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation professionals.
• Guide job evaluations, organizational leveling, market pricing, and compensation recommendations.
• Develop and deliver analyses, dashboards, reporting, and financial modeling to support decisions.
• Lead compensation-related projects, process improvements, and system implementations.
• Oversee participation in compensation surveys and review external market data.
