Job summary

Blackstone seeks an Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting the President & COO and CAO on firm-wide initiatives. The role spans investor relations, shareholder relations, strategic relationship management, and capital markets, with a two-year commitment.

You will draft briefs and presentations for senior leaders, manage key client relationships, and aggregate fund performance and quarterly data while learning complex financial concepts within alternative asset management.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, team-oriented individuals who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organization and communications skills required.

Responsibilities

• Draft relationship briefs, presentations, and memorandums for Blackstone senior management.
• Interact with firmwide Blackstone leadership across business groups and support functions.
• Manage key client relationships, including development/execution of client pitches.
• Aggregate fund performance, sales metrics, capital raised data, and other quarterly reports.
• Support bank relationship management, including capital markets activity.
• Support priorities related to interfacing with public shareholders, including presentations, written commentary, and financial schedules in advance of quarterly earnings calls.
• Competitor and industry data tracking and comparative analysis.
