Job summary

Blackstone’s Corporate Development team partners with business units to lead growth initiatives, execute M&A, and evaluate strategic financial decisions for the CFO. The role involves modeling, communicating findings, and supporting both organic and inorganic growth projects across Blackstone.

The analyst will build and present analyses, work with senior management, and help drive strategic corporate decisions. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

  • 1 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, management consulting, or related fields (Financials Services / FIG exposure preferred)

Job Description:

Blackstone’s Corporate Development team partners with the firm’s business units to lead key growth initiatives, execute M&A transactions, and evaluate strategic corporate financial decisions on behalf of the CFO. The team plays an active role in developing the firm’s long-term strategic priorities and works closely with senior-level management to perform high-priority financial analyses. This individual will help assess, model, communicate, and execute both organic and inorganic strategic growth projects for Blackstone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess new business opportunities and conduct build-versus-buy analysis

Expected annual base salary range:

$90,000 – $125,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
