Blackstone seeks an Associate in Strategic Analytics & Product Management to support global product management and analytics initiatives in real estate finance. You will work on performance insights, liquidity planning, and reporting while collaborating with teams worldwide and gaining exposure to senior leadership.

You will analyze fund and portfolio performance, assist with capital activity tracking, and contribute to technology enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Math, Accounting or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analytics, advisory, or valuations.
• Exposure to private real estate, private equity, or alternative assets.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
