The role supports fund liquidity, analytics, and client solutions while driving process improvements through automation.

The ideal candidate has a finance or related degree and 2+ years of investment or asset management experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science or similar discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, asset management, private markets, or related field.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and quantitative skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• Motivated, intelligent, team-oriented, proactive with initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management partnering with asset class teams to implement asset allocation decisions.
• Monitor valuations, market structure, and macro conditions to inform positioning.
• Assist with fund liquidity, balance sheet positioning, and tracking capital flows.
• Develop and maintain portfolio models, performance and risk analytics.
• Support onboarding of new partnerships and client solutions with BXCI.
• Lead portfolio management process improvements through automation and workflow optimization.
• Conduct portfolio construction, asset class research, and develop allocation signals.
• Collaborate with sector teams to maintain real-time views on asset class drivers.
