Job summary

Exostar is building a trusted source-to-pay network for aerospace and defense. We seek a Senior Consulting Alliances Manager to craft a focused portfolio of consulting and SI alliances that creates pipeline, wins strategic programs, and expands Exostar adoption.

The role covers partner recruitment, joint planning, solution development, and co-sell execution with product, sales and customer success, across defense-related sectors.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in alliances, sales or consulting with consulting/SI relationships.
• Proven ability to build partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
• Experience developing joint offerings with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of aerospace/defense, Federal, manufacturing or supply chain.
• Executive presence and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner strategy and recruitment with executive sponsorship.
• Joint business planning with target accounts and go-to-market goals.
• Solution development with Product, Sales and CS.
• Co-sell execution with account teams and opportunity qualification.
• Partner enablement with messaging and reference architectures.
• Executive relationships across partner practices.
• Commercial and operating model with referrals and governance.
• Performance management with partner scorecards.
• Market intelligence to inform product priorities and pricing.
