Job summary

Asure Software seeks a Strategic Alliances Executive to expand market awareness, pipeline, and revenue for Asure Payroll Tax Management through strategic partnerships with Workday, Oracle, and SAP. Develop strong relationships with partner organizations to drive alignment, referral activity, and co-selling motions across ERP and HCM ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategic alliances and GTM partnerships with large ERP/HCM ecosystems.
• Proven track record building co-sell motions and partner-enabled pipelines.
• Experience in payroll tax, HCM, ERP, or related ecosystems is ideal.
• Ability to communicate complex payroll tax scenarios to executives.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow alliance relationships with Workday, Oracle, and SAP partners.
• Develop partner plans with target segments, referrals, and revenue goals.
• Source and influence opportunities via partner-led channels.
• Translate capabilities into clear partner-facing value propositions.
• Lead cadence meetings, reviews, and executive briefings with partners.
• Maintain partner CRM/PRM hygiene and pipeline forecasting.
• Create enablement materials and sales plays for partners.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and marketplace positioning.
• Identify improvements to partner programs and referral workflows.
• Represent Asure and APTM in partner and enterprise conversations.
