The Role: Strategic Alliance Manager

This role involves vetting new inbound requests for fintech partnerships, ensuring alignment with Q2's strategic goals and customer needs, and identifying new strategic partnerships under the Innovation Studio model. Experience in financial services, B2B sales, or partnership management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate inbound partnership requests for strategic fit
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess potential partners
  3. Identify and pursue new strategic partnerships
  4. Stay informed on industry trends
  5. Negotiate partnership agreements
  6. Manage onboarding of new partners
  7. Maintain relationships with partners
  8. Serve as the point of contact for partnership discussions
  9. Coordinate with Legal on agreements
  10. Travel as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 5+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in financial services technology preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills, including with C-level executives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
