The Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Technology Alliance Manager to strengthen and expand our strategic relationships with key partners in the Unified Communications (UC) and IP Communications ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving joint business initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and market expansion, positioning Algo as a trusted leader in the UC industry.
Location Preferences: AZ, UT, CO (Denver), Illinois (Chicago) and Texas (Austin or Dallas)
Responsibilities:
- UC Partner Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to strengthen relationships with key Unified Communications partners, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, RingCentral, and Cisco Webex, aligning with Algo’s strategic objectives to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Go-to-Market Initiatives: Collaborate with partners to design joint business initiatives, co-selling strategies, and go-to-market plans that leverage Algo’s communication solutions to complement platform capabilities.
- Onboarding & Market Expansion: Identify and onboard strategic partners, utilizing market insights and platform-specific integrations to drive business growth and capture emerging opportunities.
- Relationship & Integration Management: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of Algo’s products and alignment with partner platforms.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and co-selling opportunities, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with Algo’s business objectives, providing platform-specific technical support and enablement as needed.
- Business Reviews & Performance Management: Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify joint growth opportunities, and address integration challenges, fostering mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Partner Enablement: Deliver ongoing training, product knowledge, and sales support to partner teams, positioning Algo’s solutions as essential communication enhancements.
- Market Insight & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies, providing strategic recommendations to maintain Algo’s position as a trusted UC partner.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in partner sales, alliance management, or business development within the technology sector, with a strong focus on Unified Communications (UC) industries.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with UC solutions and their integration within business environments.
- Must have established relationships and current contacts within key UC partners, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, RingCentral, and Cisco Webex, with the ability to leverage these connections for business development and co-selling opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align partners at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.
- Track record of driving revenue growth through strategic alliances and co-selling initiatives, particularly within the UC sector.
- Previous experience working directly with UC providers or within the telecom/communications technology industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
The pay range for this role is:
120,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
