Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow up with the proper department to ensure all issues are resolved.
• Liaise with local station team and follow up on operational issues.
• Maintain proactive relationships with accounts and regular dialogue.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery logistics and scheduling.
• Assist in negotiations including pricing and service agreements.
• Document customer feedback and ensure timely action.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
