Job summary

dnata Catering seeks a Flight Administrator to serve as the operational lead coordinating inflight catering activities across account management, production, dispatch, and ramp operations to ensure on-time, accurate flight execution.

This role operates one level above the Flight Administrator, providing real-time oversight, prioritization, and issue resolution while maintaining strict HACCP/GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant aviation/logistics experience preferred.
• Must read/write English and have strong attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating multi-functional workflows or airline ops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align inflight catering activities across multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor schedules, timelines, staffing, and service execution for compliance.
• Lead real-time resolution of service disruptions and last-minute requests.
• Validate handoffs between teams and document decisions.
• Escalate risks and independently resolve routine operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP/GMP, sanitation, safety policies.
