Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks an experienced Air Force Civil Engineer Operations Strategy and Governance Analyst to support the AF/A4C at the Pentagon/ NCR. You will bridge tactical Civil Engineer operations with HQ policy, drive governance, and develop strategic implementation plans to ensure mission readiness and compliance.

You will coordinate across HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, and installation stakeholders, delivering executive-level briefings and action items.

Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of experience supporting DoD/AF programs
  • Experience as an Action Officer (AO) for senior leaders
  • Strong knowledge of Air Force Civil Engineer operations
  • Proven ability to coordinate audits and compliance
  • Strong executive communication skills and cross-organizational collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain governance documents (DAFIs/DAFMANs/UFC) under AF/A4C oversight.
  • Serve as lead Action Officer for Air Force/DoD actions; prepare briefing decks and executive summaries.
  • Coordinate audits/inspections; track CAPs and POA&Ms with senior leadership updates.
  • Support enterprise integration across HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, and installations.
  • Facilitate governance forums and working groups; produce minutes and status updates.
  • Perform program evaluations and provide recommendations to improve readiness and resilience.
