Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks an experienced Air Force Civil Engineer Operations Strategy and Governance Analyst to support the AF/A4C at the Pentagon/National Capital Region. You will bridge tactical Civil Engineer operations with Headquarters policy, driving governance, policy development, audits, and strategic implementation.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and 5+ years in DoD/USA​F programs, with strong executive communication and cross-organizational collaboration to advance

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Air Force or DoD programs.
• Demonstrated experience as an Action Officer supporting senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of Air Force Civil Engineer operations and base-level processes.
• Experience coordinating audits, CAPs, and POA&Ms.
• Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution & Policy Development: develop governance documents (DAFIs, DAFMANs, UFC) under AF/A4C oversight.
• Executive Action Officer: prepare high-level decision-support products and briefing materials.
• Audit & Compliance Management: coordinate audits, track CAPs and POA&Ms, report to senior leaders.
• Stakeholder & Enterprise Integration: coordinate with HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs and installations.
• Governance & Working Group Facilitation: run governance forums and record minutes and status updates.
• Program Analysis & Readiness: evaluate programs, identify trends, update MICT communications, propose improvements.
