Snowflake is seeking a Business Operations Manager, Ops AI & Tooling to build the operating engine of the business. The role partners across the organization to design scalable tooling and automation that reduce manual work and accelerate insight.

You will own tooling strategy and roadmap, build planning tools, automate workflows, develop GenAI agents, and ensure clean cross-system integration across PSA, CRM, planning and BI tools to streamline operations.

Formación

• 7+ years (IC4) or 10+ years (IC5) of experience in business operations or ops tooling.
• Proven track record designing and shipping internal operational tools and automation.
• GenAI and LLMs to automate operational workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own Tooling Strategy & Roadmap for internal tools.
• Build Business Planning & Operating Tools with cross-functional partners.
• Automate Workflows across staffing, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop AI Agents for operational workflows and automation.
• Drive cross-system integration and orchestration across operations tech stack.
• Own Tool Adoption, standards, and optimization of tooling portfolio.
• Partner with leadership to translate business needs into scalable systems.
