Software Mind in Austin, TX is seeking a Client Solutions Architect to join our US team. This revenue-influencing, client-facing role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial execution.

You’ll partner with Sales and Delivery to shape enterprise opportunities, validate outcomes through proof engagements, and drive scalable platform programs. This is not a traditional pre-sales engineer role or a delivery-only architect role.

Qualifications

• Experience in translating client challenges into structured, outcome-driven engagements.
• Ability to lead client workshops and executive conversations.
• Strong understanding of cloud modernization, data and AI use cases.
• Experience in multiple industries and complex enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex client challenges into structured engagements.

• Shape proof engagements such as ideation workshops, assessments, and pilots.
• Drive conversion from opportunity to contracted revenue with sales and delivery teams.
• Ensure platform adoption and solution scalability.
