Job summary

Micron Technology in Idaho seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive governance and execution across its AI Security organization. You will own the quarterly roadmap, manage cross-functional dependencies, and deliver executive reporting to the Deputy CSO.

The role requires 5+ years in program management, strong stakeholder influence, and experience building dashboards and governance frameworks. Familiarity with OKRs and risk management will help you succeed in a fast-paced, regulated semiconductor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, PM, or related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience, including senior/lead/staff level.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple units and dependencies.
• Ability to develop and manage roadmaps, OKRs, risk registers, and quarterly planning.
• Experience presenting status, risks, and recommendations to executive leaders.
• Strong partner management and influence across organizations.
• Experience creating dashboards, metrics, and governance for transparency.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the quarterly AI Security roadmap, including intake, prioritization, governance, publication, and execution tracking.
• Lead roadmap governance forums and plan with security sub-tower leaders and partners.
• Develop and deliver executive dashboards and status updates for Deputy CSO and senior leaders.
• Manage dependencies, program risks, and issue resolution across security teams.
• Build and maintain partner relationships across Security Operations, GRC, Third-Party Risk, Security Awareness, and Security Architecture.
• Design, implement, and monitor program performance metrics for health and outcomes.
• Establish operating rhythms and continuous improvement processes with AI-enabled solutions.
