Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive operational excellence across its AI Security org, reporting to the Deputy CSO. You will manage roadmap intake, governance, and execution across Security Operations, GRC, Third-Party Risk, Security Awareness, and Security Architecture teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience, including 3+ years in a Senior/Lead/Staff role.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple business units and dependencies.
• Proven ability to develop roadmaps, OKRs, risk registers, dependency tracking, and quarterly planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the quarterly AI Security roadmap with intake, prioritization, governance, publication, and tracking.
• Lead roadmap governance forums and planning sessions with security leaders and partners.
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status updates for senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional dependencies, program risks, and issue resolution across security orgs.
• Design, implement, and monitor program performance metrics (roadmap health, delivery velocity, partner engagement, outcomes).
• Establish and optimize operating rhythms (planning, reviews, retrospectives) using AI-enabled solutions.
