Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager - Private AI to lead end-to-end sales pursuit, deal shaping, and proposal development for strategic Private AI opportunities. You will coordinate with solution architects, data/AI SMEs, cloud and cybersecurity to craft profitable, compliant solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires stakeholder mapping, win themes, price-to-win discussions and governance across multiple pursuits, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales capture, deal shaping, pursuit management or solution-led enterprise sales in consulting/professional services.
Strong understanding of deal lifecycle, pricing collaboration and delivery handover.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sales pursuit and deal shaping activities for Private AI opportunities.
Translate client priorities into clear value propositions and integrated solutions.
Collaborate with solution architects, data/AI SMEs, cloud/infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, pricing and legal to create a commercial model.
Develop pursuit strategy, buyer value hypothesis, win themes and proposal storyline.
Manage proposal development inputs, cost model reviews and price-to-win discussions.
