Synthesia is seeking experienced Strategic Account Executives to join our Global Accounts team. You will land and expand logos with 10,000+ employees, driving ARR through value-driven, scalable sales in a product-led growth environment.

Join us to educate market leaders on AI video for enhanced communications, build champions across global organizations, and collaborate with Customer Success on adoption and expansion.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in b2b SaaS sales landing and expanding high-value logos.
• Annual quota of $1M+ and six-figure deals closed before.
• Strong outbound prospecting into new accounts and product demos.
• Experience in value-based sales environments and MEDDPICC or similar.
• Strong business acumen with evidence of building business value and champions in global orgs.
• Executive presence with exceptional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive ARR through landing and expanding our highest-value customers.
• Maintain a robust pipeline for target accounts via direct and teamed prospecting.
• Be accountable for accurate forecasting, quarterly revenue delivery, and account plans.
• Develop expertise in how strategic orgs use AI video to transform communications.
