Job summary

FANUC America Corporation in Northern California seeks a strategic sales leader to drive adoption of FANUC robotics and AI-powered solutions across startups, AI firms, and large enterprises. You will cultivate executive relationships, shape go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with engineering teams to align products with customer needs.

You will engage with founders, CTOs, and senior leadership to grow our North American footprint, influence automation dialogue, and lead strategic plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; requires five years of capital equipment sales
• Experience selling at the C-suite level and developing strategic account plans
• Background in robotics/automation industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Physical AI systems and ROS2 knowledge

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth initiatives targeting robotics startups, AI firms, and North America accounts
• Build strategic relationships with founders, CTOs, and engineering executives to drive automation adoption
• Identify opportunities to expand FANUC software-enabled applications and ROS2 integrations
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay market needs and opportunities
• Represent FANUC at industry events and act as a technology ambassador
• Lead executive-level engagements and drive strategic account plans
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders to review progress and opportunities
• Visit customer sites to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities
