Job summary

fal is the generative media ecosystem powering the next generation of AI products. We build the infrastructure, tools, and model access that teams need to move from idea to production at scale without compromise.

You’ll own searches end to end, from shaping the role with the hiring manager to sourcing, assessing, closing and handing off a great start. You’ll move between technical and non-technical roles, so one week might be infrastructure engineers and the next might be finance, legal or GTM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth startup.
• Experience sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Proven ability to push back with market data and advise leaders.
• Strong closing skills and compensation conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own searches end to end from intake to close across multiple functions.
• Advise the business on role design and market data.
• Find non-obvious candidates beyond obvious LinkedIn results.
• Source relentlessly via direct outreach, referrals, events, and AI tools.
• Close candidates by presenting the fal story and handling comp talks.
• Improve interview loops and reporting; build processes as you go with Ashby.
