TrueFoundry is seeking a Head of Outcome Engineering to lead the engineering, delivery, and team-building efforts for enterprise outcomes. You will own the technical delivery of GenAI-powered solutions across multiple verticals, ensuring excellence in engineering, ML, and domain execution.

You will build a high-performing engineering and applied ML team, shipping projects reliably and scalably, and develop domain-aligned technical frameworks and reusable components to accelerate time-to-value.

Qualifications

• Built and led Applied ML teams at large tech companies.
• Hands-on with ML, GenAI, systems design and repeatable architectures for AI delivery.
• Focused on customer outcomes and repeatable, product-integrated delivery.

Responsabilités

• Oversee delivery of ML/GenAI solutions that meet business outcomes with rigorous engineering.
• Build accelerators, templates, and tools to reduce effort across engagements.
• Hire and grow engineering talent and manage resourcing and execution.
