Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engagement strategies to drive platform adoption.
• Conduct workshops with business users to gather feedback and refine value propositions.
• Build communication materials including email templates and onboarding guides.
• Lead targeted outreach campaigns to onboard users and collect feedback.
• Establish feedback loops to continuously improve adoption and usability.
