Responsibilities

• Generate $10M in annual contract value by positioning Genpact’s BPO, ITO, and consulting offerings.
• Develop and communicate a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned business development goals.
• Close outsourcing engagements ranging from $25M to $100M+ with EVP and C-level buyers.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities and secure new clients.
• Collaborate with account management and delivery teams to foster client-centric culture.
• Serve as trusted advisor, providing thought leadership to C-level executives.
• Leverage executive relationships to enhance brand and market position.
• Represent Genpact at industry events to promote the brand and expand networks.
