Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in enterprise solutions, business analysis, or solution delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted partnerships with business leaders to understand goals and opportunities.
• Lead early-stage solution discovery, including requirements distillation and initial delivery structure.
• Apply a consultative approach to recommend practical solutions.
• Assess processes to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Translate objectives into clear requirements, prototypes, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate across Product Owners, Systems Managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Develop prototypes and PoCs to validate ideas and accelerate decisions.
• Manage multiple initiatives with prioritization, risk, and progress tracking.
