Job summary

Brooksource in New York is seeking an IT Program Delivery Lead to partner with Enterprise AI leadership, Product Management and Engineering to drive execution of strategic AI products and reusable platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting background, can operate in ambiguous environments, and will manage governance, risks, dependencies, and executive communications with Directors and VPs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program delivery, technology transformation, PMO leadership, or strategic delivery within complex organizations.
• Experience supporting AI, analytics, data, automation, or emerging technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated aptitude for AI and familiarity with AI-enabled products, ML concepts, data-driven solutions, or modern technology delivery practices.
• Experience working within product-centric and Agile delivery environments.
• Experience supporting shared platforms, enterprise capabilities, or reusable technology services.
• Familiarity with modern cloud, data, analytics, and AI ecosystems.
• Experience within healthcare, payer, or other regulated industries.
• 5+ years of consulting experience in digital transformation, enterprise transformation, or operating model initiatives.
• Strong experience partnering with senior business and technology leaders, including Directors/VPs.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and accountability to complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through delivery.
• Partner with Enterprise AI leadership to establish delivery strategies and governance.
• Serve as trusted advisor to stakeholders and drive executive-level alignment.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional challenges.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, and executive reporting.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plans.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Elevate issues to strategic organizational impacts and outcomes.
• Support evolution of Enterprise AI delivery practices and operating models.
