Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Success Executive for the US Manufacturing vertical. This senior role owns outcomes, retention, and expansion across a high-value portfolio and serves as the primary post-sales executive for manufacturing CIOs and senior IT leaders.

You will partner with Sales, Delivery, Product, and CEG to maximize value and drive digital transformation across the account, leading complex programs that translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale digital business transformations.
• Senior post-sales customer executive with executive presence.
• Proven ability to build trusted executive relationships with CIOs and senior IT leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own account-level commercial performance including GRR, NRR, and renewals.
• Engage at the executive level and co-develop digital transformation strategies with customers.
• Translate customer strategy into ServiceNow roadmaps and oversee multi-business-unit transformations.
• Lead governance, delivery excellence, and cross-functional orchestration across engagements.
• Tell the value story with data and drive AI consumption and platform adoption.
• Set clear success metrics, monitor progress, and realize measurable business outcomes.
